The high-order HDI products provided by Sinoluo Electronics can meet the technical requirements of ultra-thin notebook PCB. The cash products are 10L second-order HDI with a plate thickness of 0.8mm, a line width of 47/60um and a pore diameter of 100um. The products are used for high-end ultra-thin notebooks.
