The high-order HDI products provided by Zhongluo Electronics can meet the technical requirements of intelligent earphone box for PCB. The cash product is 6L second-order HDI, with a board thickness of 2.0mm, a line width of 100/100um, and a blind hole diameter of 100um, which belongs to HDI's regular capability products. The products are used for visual display and function realization of VR eyes.
